She graduated from the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Austria) in Business Administration, with a focus in Tax.
She obtained a Master of Law (LL.M) in International Tax Law at the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Austria).
She graduated from the postgraduate Executive Program in Transfer Pricing (EPTP) at the Université de Lausanne (Switzerland).
Urszula worked on managerial positions in consulting firms, and served as Head of Tax and Team Lead Finance in companies operating in different sectors (banking, construction, e-commerce, FMCG) in Austria, Germany, Poland, Russia and France. In her duties she comprehensively dealt with transfer pricing issues. In addition, she provided professional consulting services to international corporations as well as to individuals in Italy, Austria Poland and Germany.
Areas of specialization and expertise include tax consulting, transfer pricing, international tax, and tax auditing.
Urszula’s mother tongue is Polish, and speaks fluently German, English and Russian. She also speaks Italian at an intermediate level.
