He holds an LL.M. in International Tax Law from Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Austria).

He has completed the Executive Program in Transfer Pricing (EPTP) at the Université de Lausanne (Switzerland), from which he has obtained the related Certification. He also attended various other courses on transfer pricing, among which the Global Transfer Pricing Course – Advanced Topics, organized by the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien.

His area of practice spaces between international tax, VAT and transfer pricing, as well as business consulting and company appraisals.

Vittorio speaks fluently English, German and French at an intermediate level (B2).

He is member of the statutory board of both joint-stock companies and limited companies, as well as public bodies.

His area of practice varies between auditing, financial statements, corporate law, inheritance tax and compliance management systems.

She has gained extensive experience in the field of the financial statement of public bodies, as she has also served as auditor for Municipalities and Provinces, as well as serving as council member delegated to the financial statement of the Municipality of Belluno for 5 years.

Her areas of practice are VAT, personal income tax, tax litigation, non-profit organizations and agricultural enterprises.

Multilingual Polish tax advisor, she acts as external consultant (OF COUNSEL) to our firm.

She graduated from the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Austria) in Business Administration, with a focus in Tax.

She obtained a Master of Law (LL.M) in International Tax Law at the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Austria).

She graduated from the postgraduate Executive Program in Transfer Pricing (EPTP) at the Université de Lausanne (Switzerland).

Urszula worked on managerial positions in consulting firms, and served as Head of Tax and Team Lead Finance in companies operating in different sectors (banking, construction, e-commerce, FMCG) in Austria, Germany, Poland, Russia and France. In her duties she comprehensively dealt with transfer pricing issues. In addition, she provided professional consulting services to international corporations as well as to individuals in Italy, Austria Poland and Germany.

Areas of specialization and expertise include tax consulting, transfer pricing, international tax,  and tax auditing.

Urszula’s mother tongue is Polish, and speaks fluently German, English and Russian. She also speaks Italian at an intermediate level.
